Good location but house was not clean unfortunately

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We overall had a good stay as Sorrento is pretty and the location was ok. Unfortunately, the house was not clean. A lot of cat and dog hair alongside dust, hair and black dirt. Not ideal when having allergies.Check in was easy and we were able to arrive earlier. However, management post the stay is poor. I am still chasing my deposit and a response to my email in regards to the property not being clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy access and great location, within 5 minute walk to main street. No air conditioning (cooling) on a very hot weekend was the only negative. (First world problem).

Spacious and spotless

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous location for our family of five to spend a delightful holiday in Sorrento. The house has room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the comforts of this clean and well presented home. The kitchen could do with a few more cooking supplies (like some oven proof baking dishes, salad bowls and serving platters) but it has all the basics. (but no broom could be found !)We did experience some hot days during our stay and some air conditioning would have been nice. I think if you are offering a summer rental at this price point, air conditioning is a must. Also, don’t be fooled by the picture of the spa bath - it is not operating!
