Came in as a solo traveller for one night midweek from regional Victoria to see a show and booked a studio apartment at Flinders Lane. Location was great - right on the corner of Degraves Street, and only a very short walk to Flinders Street station (I had a 7am return train journey so it was perfect). Room was spacious - the bed and living areas separated by a wall (but not enclosed as a separate room). Bed was big, soft and comfy, the kitchenette was handy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I did an online checkin before arriving so it was very efficient when I arrived. I enjoyed my brief stay and would book it again.

Perfect location for a short stay in Melbourne. Walking distance to everything, with lots of cafes and eateries close by. The room itself was well designed with a separation between lounge/kitchenette and the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Melbourne.

My main criticism is the bathtub. There was no way to use the tub (no drain plug and faucet didn’t work), so you could only take showers. There was only half of a door (part was always open), so the water kinda sprayed on the floor. It was a frustrating and strange limitation. The location and remainder of the amenities were good, and I’d stay there again.

Excellent location, we were in level 1 facing flinders lane and it was so noisy, people fighting all night and cars revving. Not a lot of sleep was had over the three nights we stayed
