Staff are friendly, helpful and proactive. The building is a bit old but well kept. Very closed to shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens. Public transport is very accessible.

The room was clean and the staff were so helpful! It was a short distance to the tram line and there was a convenience store around the corner (alway it was very expensive). The only downside was that our room looked into a mirrored building so everything we did was reflected. It would have been nice to have some plants to block the reflection and break up the dreary concrete.

Parking at quest is secure and easy parking. Kitchen is fully equipped with tea, coffee ect The staff that refresh the rooms do an outstanding job never a problem if you need anything extra. Staff at reception always ready to help you

Stayed with Quest in Auckland New Zealand before, hence we are quite confident with the quality of the hotel as well as the service. The room is well equipped with all we need for a short stay, room is clean, bed is comfy. The hotel is very thoughtfully prepared panel heater for those, including us, found the inverter aircon too dry. Staff are friendly and proactive. The only set back is the glass shield on the bathtub. Size of the shield covers only 1/3 of the bathtub, doesn’t prevent water spilling on the floor after the shower.
