Sit high amongst the treetops in this lovely holiday home and enjoy the extensive tree top views as well as glimpses of the beautiful Port Phillip Bay, maybe even see a passing ship.
Feel the holiday house vibe as you step into our open plan living area with loads of windows to enjoy the views or step outside onto the rear deck and take in the sun or sit on the front porch and enjoy a morning cuppa as the sun rises. Modern kitchen with breakfast bar, gas cooking, dishwasher, coffee machine and overlooks the deck to keep an eye on the kids. Three bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer, bbq and outdoor setting on rear deck, single carport, boat parking and fully fenced yard for the kids to run around.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a short stroll away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 15 minute drive. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your bond.
