Escape to the serene surroundings of this exquisite lakeside property in Sanctuary Lakes, where luxury and comfort blend seamlessly in a picturesque setting. Ideal for families or groups, this expansive home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite is a true retreat, offering a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. The other four bedrooms each provide a queen-size bed and are equipped with their own generous closets, including walk-in closets in rooms 1-4, ensuring ample storage for all guests. Large windows in every room allow for abundant natural light and provide stunning views of the tranquil lake, enhancing the peaceful ambiance of the home.
Inside, the property is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with two fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The interiors are thoughtfully decorated, combining a warm timber style with elements of traditional Chinese design, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere that’s both elegant and comfortable.
The three full bathrooms are well-appointed, with two featuring luxurious bathtubs, perfect for soaking after a day of exploring. Central heating and cooling throughout the property ensure comfort in every season.

We would always aim to not intrude on your stay if at all possible and would not come into the house during your stay, unless invited or needed for urgent maintenance works or stock management.

• Please respect the noise curfew. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 9.30 pm and 7.30 am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE.
• Pets are upon the request.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• We will contact you with check-in and key-collection details before your arrival.
• On Sunday nights, ensure pull the bins out to the nature strip kerbside for the weekly collection.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
• Please turn off the A/C and lights when you go out.
• Please keep the key(s) with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged ( is subject to availability ) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• You’ll be provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Happy to discuss long-term or reoccurring bookings at a discounted rate, please contact me.
• We are committed to making your stay as happy, enjoyable, welcoming, and as comfortable as possible.
* Guests who have no previous reviews, please send a booking request before proceeding with instant booking.
* We may ask for a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport, to verify your legal name and other details.
* The actual number of guests, including children, must be entered and registered as guests on the booking.
* Parties or events are strictly prohibited on the property!! Breaking any of the house rules may result in the host requesting you to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the property immediately, with penalty fines for any lost or damages caused to the property or building.
* Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Please remain quiet after 9:30 pm and before 8.00 am. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent or security bond.
* Please leave the property clean and tidy. Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply.
* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property).
* Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs.
* Do not leave excess rubbish behind! Empty all bins inside the room and take away all excess rubbish upon departure. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind.
* Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out.
* Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out.
* Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it.
* Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply.
* Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited. There is a 24-hour security camera at the front of the house.
* To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.
