This property is run down. It does not look at all like the photo the rooms are bare with no view of anything but a barren dirty and decaying balcony. Nothing works properly and is very overpriced. Will never stay again. The bed was excellent but so it should be for the price.

Very comfortable serviced apartment

Thank you for the great staff there, information of the apartment and surrounding was told in detail. We rented a car and most important for us was the safe parking space, we loved it. The apartment in a quiet residencial area was spacious and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. We drove to the village to eat (1 min), DFO (3 min), the CBD (15 min) and the airport (10 min) so the serviced apartment was great for driving tourists. Good job, guys!

Good value for what you pay

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which wasn’t spacious and clean. Amenities were in good working condition yet small things such as bathroom tap and window latches were either worn or didn’t work. Furniture a little old and run down. Bed was comfortable and we would stay here again. Good value for the size of the room and close to Essendon restaurants

Good for the area

We did not arrive early and we did not arrive late but cleaner was still cleaning. A pleasant lady who we waited for her to finish. Vary spacious and basic comfort level in furniture. good sized and well equipped kitchen. Doors to bathroom could do with a good carpenter to adjust and repair. Enough food outlets within walking distance to satisfy most people.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. I'd say it's good value for the price. However, the hotel seems a bit older. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. The bedroom had a king size bed with a nice mattress. I slept well. The kitchen was appointed well enough. For the price we paid, our stay was adequate. However, temper your expectations, this is a budget hotel.

While the accommodation was very spacious, this property is a bit tired and needs a little TLC. Broken lock on the door, broken drawer on the desk, bathroom window wouldn't open (or close), no aircon in the bedroom.

Average

Comfortable and clean, bit dated missing cutlery but quickly rectified, street noise so not totally soundproof but biggest thing that annoyed me was there was no clothes dryer as advertised as full laundry and shown in pictures, also no information pack in room would have really been helpful.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom which is on the top floor. Very spacious. Balcony had high screens so the kids were safe outside. Apartment was very sunny and warm, a real plus in winter! Beds were comfortable but one had a broken bed head which was potentially a head entrapment hazard for the children. The kitchen was equipped just enough to self cater but it would have been good to have six full sets of crockery and cutlery. (Extras were supplied when we requested them.) Also an extra few tea towels. The wardrobes have lots of hanging space but not much shelving and only a few coathangers supplied. Appliances, tv, air conditioner were all working. Location is good on the tram line and with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

I'm not a clean freak but this property could do with a really good cleanup top to bottom. Pillows, Quilt covers, towels and bathroom were the on clean parts of the apartment. NO top sheet was provided so we removed the quilt and the quilt itself looked infested. We had to put it out in the lounge room. The staff were great at arranging after hours check in.

Nice size apartment in the Essendon area. Easy to get in and out of, no reception staff on site to assist though (you do have to call them). Our phone in the apartment was ringing at 1am in the morning, unsure as to if someone was being a nusance outside (didn't get up.) Decor is a bit outdated and bedhead not attached to bed, made noise every time I rolled over (dangerous). Good sized apartment though and secure off street parking.

Kalli ilava huoneisto raitiovaunulinjan varrella.

Huoneen sai viileäksi joka oli tärkeää minulle kun oli +35. WiFi toimi huonosti ja oli poissa pelistä aina välillä. Henkilökuntaa ei paljon näkynyt.

Room was pleasing, staff pleasant and helpful, lots of room for a family and comfortable but the neighbouring guests were too noisy. the walls were thin and we could hear all that was going on next door. this ruined an otherwise very pleasant stay
