「Absolutely shattered after a long day cycling to Vibo, really friendly efficient check in and then a super nice bartender ( rocksi I think ) who went out of her way to make me a sandwich as the kitchen was closed, then negotiated the restaurant opening 30 mins early for me so I could eat and sleep ready for tomorrows ride. Really kind and very much appreciated ! Superstar」

La stanza si è rivelata ottima, perché molto ampia e con l'essenziale per gestirci al meglio (anche con balcone e filo per appendere costumi e teli se necessario). Anche il bagno grande e pulito. Alla fine ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, anche se non richiesto, ma è stato molto gradito. Sebbene non offra la colazione, non è stato un problema per noi fare una piccola passeggiata e raggiungere la pasticceria che si trova vicino la piazza,...

「Henkilökunta yritti tehdä yöpyäni hotelissa mahdollisimman mukavan. Henkilökunnan palvelu oli mahdollisimman ammattitaitoista. Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Vastaanotosta oli helppo saada apua ja kattavaa tietoa. Huone oli aina täydellisessä kunnossa. Paransin minun italiaani, koska hoteli tarjosi aina mahdollisuuden ystävälliseen , lämpimään viestintään. Kiitoksia!」

Gestore hotel sig.Giuseppe inaffidabile ma soprattutto poco professionale. Mi contatta poche ore prima del check-in per dirmi che si era allagata la mia camera e che purtroppo era costretto a spostarmi (buon per lui, ma purtroppo per me) in un'altra struttura risultata poi di categoria inferiore e di gran lunga fatiscente. Although the front desk staff was kind (beware only speaks italian), the rooms are severely outdated (for example no TV in room, fridge and AC both appeared not to be functional), the dining menu is laughable (pre-selection of all meals each day with extremely limited choices and 500ml of water), the facilities are old and in need or renovation, the wifi is inexistant (we could not find any signal for the entire time we were at this property) AND the worst...
