“We made a last minute change to a planned itinerary for a driving tour of Montenegro from Split. We were going to Budva first but many locals said Budva was not for us and suggested Tivat. Porto Palace was available and I arranged a 3 night stay. As it last minute we took what was available and had a low floor with no view. The rooms are apartments with full kitchens. A combo washer and dryer with detergent was a pleasant useful surprise in a 3 week Europe trip. The rooms are very nice and……

“Horrible experience. I want to make it clear that I am not someone who normally complains about noise. I can sleep with noise, even with earplugs. But this was completely different.
