「The location was great. Excellent restaurant around the corner and wonderful bagel place a few doors up. We walked to the Renesant Convention Center, 25 minutes, every day. We tried to rent a car at the airport but the flight was late and the car was gone, and no more cars, and no workers there or on the phone. We walked to Beale St and heard blues and ate good food.」

「Easy to access great, comfy 2 bedroom condo. Just a few blocks to Beale street, though we walked to places much further than that. Had the best communication with this property manager than any other place we have stayed. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.」

「Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. 」
