Great location close to downtown Memphis, especially the St. Jude Races in December. Easy to walk to the start & finish, and to Beale Street to celebrate afterwards. Indoor garage parking was appreciated, be sure to confirm height if you have a taller vehicle. Unit itself was great, very spacious and clean. Depending on the size and makeup of your party, you may want to confirm beds with the host. Speaking of the host: great communication and information before, during, and after the booking. Always quick to respond to questions and requests. I'd book here with confidence again in future years.
