「The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. 」

「House bathrooms carpet walls were super dirty the house had an old smell never went away with air fresheners or our lotion or sprays didn’t fix it. Location was good . The decor was cute but that’s it … 」

「The house was clean smelling, but the floor was very sticky and dirty. The floor in one of the rooms needs replacing. it was nice to have washer and dryer there. Its a convenient location, but I would not stay there again. 」
