Beautiful get-away

The walkout balcony with a stunning view was amazing! They layout of instructions for everything was so carefully detailed. Thank you so much!

Katastrophe

Appartement war im Neuzustand bestimmt wirklich toll. Jetzt aber schmuddelig und kaputt. Die Heizung ging nicht, trotz mehrfachen aufforderns und 8-12 Grad Außentemperatur! Auch eine Kommunikation auf deutsch ist nicht möglich, obwohl dies explizid im Angebot stand! Kein Problem wir sprechen fließend englisch und italienisch. Highlight war das Brandloch in der Bettdecke, welche erst nach mehrmaligem reklamieren getauscht wurde! Nicht empfehlenswert und nach Besichtigung der ganzen Anlage sehen die Bewertungen für uns doch eher gekauft aus.

Guten Tag, wir waren insgesamt mit unserem Urlaub in diesem Jahr sehr zufrieden. Der Comer See bietet viel Abwechslung und wir haben in den 10 Tagen viel unternommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: wir hatten kein WiFi im Appartment, und die uns zur Verfügung gestellte Box war nicht zu gebrauchen. Außerdem wären ein paar mehr deutsche Fernsehprogramme schön. Ansonsten wie gesagt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
