「Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.」

「Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch. Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't...

「Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.」

「El alojamiento era bonito, moderno, completamente equipado, muy amplio y muy limpio. Como no llegábamos a la hora de atención en recepción para realizar el check in (pues se van a las 18:00h)nos dieron todas las indicaciones para recoger la llave en una caja fuerte que tienen en la entrada. Resultó un check in muy cómodo, rápido y bien explicado. La ubicación es muy buena justo enfrente de la playa.
