We loved our stay at this dreamy cottage. The house itself is immaculate with every accommodation seen to. So much charm and so convenient. The grounds are stunning and the sauna was wonderful. We hated to leave and hope to stay here again.

Adorable house, well maintained and cared for. Pleasant location, quiet community and close to town. Loved hanging out by the firepit and using the sauna. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft, gas fireplace was cozy. Would love to come back when the apples are ripe.

Beautiful property with a very homie and comfortable aesthetic. We had 3 birthdays just between February and March so we thought we would find a nice place to get out of town and celebrate together, and this was the perfect place. Beautiful mountain views, very quiet, and peaceful. We will definitely be back when the orchard is in full swing

I have zero complaints. There is nothing I would change about it. It was perfect. Everything was spotless, new, darling, the sauna was so fun. The welcome book had so much information and the history of the property was so charming. 100% will book again, considering to stay here with my parents. They would love this place!:)

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful. From the curb appeal to the entire house and back yard was amazing. There is no TV in the house, but we didn’t like we were missing out. The house was very comfortable. The orchard and the views from the house was breathtaking. Every family member that visited us at the Orchard rave about how beautiful the house was and how peaceful it is to be there. Will definitely be coming back.

Enchanting, peaceful setting!

Beautifuly updated farmhouse in the trees. The most Pleasant places to enjoy were the front porch swing and rocking chairs, living room with fireplace if it was cool outside, the kitchen and walking among the trees in the Apple orchard with views of the Wellsville Mountain range and Mendon peak. The property managers offered to help us set up the sauna to be warm in the evening and it was a relaxing experience enjoying one entire wall with a view to the evergreen trees, while feeling healthier and peaceful. We had the best time! Thank you!!

Most charming house ever!

My husband and I were wanting a quiet place to celebrate our 18 wedding anniversary and this was such a perfect location. The host was attentive, check in was a breeze, the house was exactly as pictured and everything super clean. We didn't want to leave and are planning on returning soon.

Great Place for Kids and Parents!

You can tell they're very conscientious of kids staying here, all corners are rounded, and they have have baby gates available for upstairs and downstairs. Thank you!The home was also very well cleaned. We have two rugrats that will find anything that wasn't cleaned off the floor. They didn't find a single thing, it was spotless!The kids also had fun playing with the provided toys and exploring outside. It was great for us parents too, having the sauna and fast internet. Next time we're visiting family we'll stay here again!
