Good value for money. Nice and friendly service from staff. Certainly not the most luxurious hotel but considering the price it’s not bad. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk to the city centre.

A three star experience

Well, it is a three star hotel, so a three star ranking should be expected. The front desk staff was great. Helped me organise a very last minute tour that was wonderful and inexpensive. The towels had been washed a billion times. In these times of a pandemic, that might bring some comfort, but that was about the only comfort to expect from the towels. I mostly care about bed comfort and wifi. The bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. The wifi was almost nonexistent in my room. I had to stand near the front door to send emails. Overall, it was a six out of ten experience.

Minha experiência no hotel foi extremamente negativa e traumática. • O quarto era velho e mal conservado, e o banheiro estava em condições horríveis. • Precisei trocar de quarto porque a porta estava com a fechadura quebrada. • Um funcionário entrou no meu quarto alegando que iria arrumar a água quente, mesmo sem eu ter solicitado. • O mais grave: liberaram meu quarto para outro casal. Por sorte, eu estava em frente ao elevador e vi quando tentaram entrar. Fiquei em pânico ao imaginar se isso tivesse acontecido enquanto eu estivesse dormindo ou se alguém tivesse acesso às minhas coisas pessoais. Chorei de nervoso e, com muito medo de permanecer ali, precisei sair do hotel e procurar outro da mesma rede, no prédio vizinho. Lá havia vaga, mas fui obrigada a pagar quase R$ 500,00 a mais pela hospedagem. Esse tipo de situação é inadmissível. Além de comprometer a segurança, causou enorme abalo emocional e prejuízo financeiro.

O hotel é bom, a cama é maravilhosa, super confortável. Cafe da manhã também é bom. Atendimento do hotel muito bom, tem academia e é uma região boa para ficar.

Me hospedé en ambos hoteles DAKAR y GRAN DAKAR que estan interconectados. Los dos tienen muy buenas camas, las habitaciones son amplias (más las del Gran Dakar), tiene secador de cabello, te proporcionan todos los elementos de higiene, muy limpio todo. La recepción es muy buena, la atencion es buena también. Por la noche la recepcion del Dakar cierra pero a media cuadra está el Gran Dakar, se ingresa por ahí, hay alguien 24hs. Los desayunos son similares, tienen: tes, cafe, leche, cereales, queso, jamón (el gran dakar tiene Jamón crudo), yogur, ensalada de frutas, frutas, pan, medialunas, etc. Muy completo. Los lugareños nos dijeron que no anduvieramos caminando por la zona de noche. De todas formas en 10min con un Uber estas en la plaza independencia, un costo de 3.000$ por viaje. Asi que la ubicación no sé si será la mejor pero a nosotros no nos modificó en nada el lugar dónde está ubicado, es más, DE DÍA fuimos caminando a la Casa de San Martin y al Área fundacional, nos movimos en cole también porque tiene muchas paradas cerca, repito de día. Tienen GYM y el Gran Dakar una piscina cubierta. Yo recomiendo ambos hoteles.

O Hotel é mais antigo, bastante simples, café da manhã também bem simples. A limpeza não é boa e os móveis são velhos. Tivemos uma situação desagradável na nossa última noite de estadia. Quando retornamos de um passeio, minha esposa percebeu que havia sumido um creme hidratante, comunicamos à recepção, como não temos como provar foi apenas um alerta para os responsáveis.

Excelente custo/benefício. Café e quarto excelente. Só o tipo de chuveiro deixa um pouco a desejar. Um pouco longe das ruas de restaurantes mas nada q um Uber não resolvesse. E as vezes dava pra caminhar e conhecer um pouco mais a cidade. Ficaria novamente sem problemas.

Il y a deux parties dans cet hôtel une plus récente et une autre plus vieille et dont les chambres sont défraîchies. Les deux se rejoignent par un stationnement intérieur. La majorité des photos montrent la partie plus récente. Nous avons eu une chambre dans la partie plus vieille. Le prix était assez élevé. À ce prix, nous pensions avoir une chambre qui ressemblait aux photos. Nous avons été très déçus.

Nos fue super bn lo único que deberían innovar que dependiendo del país tener diferentes opciones de desayuno duras más de 3 días ofreciendo lo mismo hay que modernizarse a un que se que la economía del país esta en crisis eso de resaltar y mostrar de otra manera y innovar
