「I stay here alot」

「We always stay here when visiting Falmouth. Extremely friendly staff. We travel with a service dog and the setting is convenient to walking him, and good lighting as we walk. Feel very welcomed and safe in the location. The room was clean, and all requests for additional items we needed was met quickly and happily. We won”’t stay anywhere else when in the area!!」

「The room was spacious and lovely. The room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a lovely variety including healthy options. The woman who was serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. The grounds were pretty. Our only disappointment was the noise from several trucks nearby (it sounded like the parking lot and behind us) that sounded like they were unloading things extremely early (around 4 am).」

「整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。」

「Spotless, beautiful room with comfortable bed, and welcoming staff through the inn. Also, very close to the ferry and shops/restaurants; ideal location. Would definitely stay here again (and again)!」

「Great sea views and all round a fantastic place to stay. The staff can not do enough for you, the service is exceptional. I loved they had nice wine glasses and fridge access with soft drinks and water available 24/7. This is one of my all time favorite stays the set up works perfectly. Would love to visit again.」

「Everything was great! There are 2 things that would greatly improve The Franklin Hitel experience.The front door was broken and you could not enter through it. Side door code was used. Second, there should be flatware in the kitchen as many guests heat food in the microwave. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay!」
