"Well located property. Next to a carrefour supermarket. Sheets were very clean as was my bathroom. Very Limited breakfast buffet. Staff didn't go out of their way to be helpful. A no-frills experience. But did the trick for a one night stay."

"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

"They clean our room everyday and staff were courteous. Breakfast buffet is delicious they used to modify some of their viands everyday. In terms of location I think is superb very accessible to shops, restaurants and MTR since its located in Ximending."

It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."
