"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"Beautiful resort with amazing views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the property felt well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection and a lovely resort feel in the morning. The pool and beach areas were also beautiful and made it easy to fully relax. The resort feels secure, peaceful and more upscale, which is exactly what you want for a Bali escape. The only thing to note is that it is quite resort-style and slightly removed from the busier Bali areas, so it is better for relaxing than nightlife. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend it for anyone wanting a comfortable luxury resort experience in Nusa Dua."

"The staff were amazing, caring, attentive and ever so kind. The property is looking tired and out dated, it was a shame that little things were not fixed like the shower shelf had been removed and not replaced, the bed had a missing patch and not repaired. The pool is only small however it was quiet so only a few people there. The breakfast was great, good selection of foods from around the world. Egg station was slow to turn out. The cocktail making class was great for $10aud. Overall a great stay."

"The staff members were truly wonderful and showed great attentiveness to their guests, which made a positive impact on our experience. However, it would be lovely to see some updates made to the hotel. The space was large enough and the room was cold which was a plus."

"Great, clean, reliable hotel in a great location. Very clean, nice pool. Good restaurant and fantastic breakfast buffet. Just down the street from the beach and on a great street with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Have stayed there three times now, always a solid choice."

"This is probably my favourite hotel in the Seminyak area now. Very beautiful grounds with various options to swim, eat, drink and relax. Loved the overall design of the hotel and the wood/warmth of my room. Staff were very friendly and I loved the various free gifts that highlighted the hotel's sustainability focus. I felt like a VIP! Great bar overlooking the beach and nice to have access to the beach club. Really enjoyed my stay."
