「We spent our first anniversary at Glenlo Abbey hotel, it was wonderful experience staying there ! Friendly staffs,well maintained room, very nice breakfast , you can order hot courses also enjoy the cold buffet with very Irish way ! Love it!」

「We had a lovely spacious room. Very comfortable bed! The shower was fantastic. There was plenty of bathroom space to put your "stuff". Breakfast was good. Our only issue was that there was no airflow in the room. I understand no A/C, given the climate. But a fan would help to move the air.」

「The only thing I would say negatively is don’t book breakfast. We had booked breakfast, my husband and I both thought that it wasn’t worth the price, scrambled eggs were cold, sausages were cold didnt have bacon as it was very greasy looking. A continental breakfast might be the option you could go for, but not sure if there are different prices for breakfast?」

「Staff was very kind & the whole room was clean. Awesome location as well. There is occasionally a very cute dog who will be with reception, he loves a good belly rub. The rooms are smaller but thats super common in europe, especially if its not a chain like marriott or hilton (but the big chains dont have nearly as much character as the independent/ boutique hotels) 100% recommend staying here!」

「Great hotel. Room was compact but well equipped with everything you need. Don’t expect big closets and lots of room for luggage etc. This hotel is right in center of Dublin so great to walk to all of the attractions. I only rate it 4* because of the fact that parking is 100m away in a public carpark, and lugging cases to and fro was a bit of pain.」

「Check in went well, we obtained our key cards via the machine without problem. The location was excellent, close to the Latin quarter with the lively shops and restaurants. We slept well in the bed, very comfortable. The one complaint concerned the bathroom. Every time we used the sink, we were overwhelmed with a sewage smell which lasted and lingered throughout our stay (3 days). We had to keep the bathroom door closed and the bathroom fan on for our entire stay in order to manage the...
