"The shower and sink were clogged; I requested that this issue be fixed on several occasions, but my request was not addressed. I had to find another hotel. We were a team of three people (occupying three rooms), and all three of us moved."

"Hotel was amazing!!!!! Nikki and Roberto at the front desk were awesome as well as another female who checked us out… I didn’t get her name but she had beautiful jewelry! Everyone was so nice and Nikki gave loved our pups and gave them treats and love every time we went out to use bathroom!! The area was a little sketchy with some locals who hang out at the corner store, but no one bothered us even on our walks to the school down the street. Parking was great and felt secure as well as the hotel staff after hours and room key entry late at night. Thank you ambassador for making us feel safe and so welcome!!!!!! Also the free shuttle within 3 miles was a cool plus! "

"Nice looking rooms, comfy bed, Keurig, but not great pillows. Strangely shallow sink. The worst part was how poorly the loft rooms were insulated for noice. We weren't warned that a massive Derby party was happening in the entire hotel, and the room next to ours stayed up shouting at the top of their lungs until 11:30. We had paid to upgrade to a loft for the high floor, but you could see that the lofted ceiling allowed a crack for noise between rooms. At 9:30 the next morning we tried to check out, but the desk wasn't staffed by anyone who could work the computers. Weird! Would not recommend."
