Mercer Hotel with Pool

"This hotel didn't really have a "personality" - even though it is a Best Western. Everything, including the breakfast, was very generic. The desk clerk didn't smile or offer any friendly tips. The bed was not very comfortable, and anyone like me who has neck or shoulder problems should be aware that the pillows are enormous. It was impossible to get comfortable. I ended up discarding the pillows and using some folded-up clothes instead of a pillow in order to get any sleep. Also, bad news, there was no hair dryer in the room - I didn't discover that until I had showered and washed my hair."

"Lady at the hotel tried to switch my room, deleted my reservation. Got no room no refund after driving for 3 days has to sleep in a car with 2 kids . Ruined mother's Day completely. Whole trip has turned into a nightmare. No help from Expedia "
