"We arrived and I texted to grab the car pass to the property group—took them over an hour to respond. We get into the room to a horrible stench, food was left in the barely working fridge. My husband took it and the trash that wasn’t emptied out. We tried the TV—didn’t work and remote batteries dead. The charger for phones, extremely finicky. "A shuttle picks up skiers just outside the building, but it was also a very close to walk to the American Flyer lift. Also it is close to the restaurants and shops in Center Village. There was a little bit of highway noise, but not bad. Beautiful view from the very large condo windows. Good communication with the property owner—He was very helpful."

"Everything was amazing aside from the entrance outside the front door to the car was a sheet of ice. Made entry difficult with luggage and leaving to and from. It eventually snowed and a plow came through which helped as it covered up the ice but was tough going until that occurred. Everything else was great and would stay again"

"I was a little surprised to roll up on a little 10 room motel. I guess that’s my own fault for not researching this place very thoroughly. But for some reason I was under the impression it was an individual unit. Nonetheless it was very nice. It was very Cozy. The whole process was very painless. We spent a very nice and comfortable night here. Clean sheets and towels. And the cherry on top was a nice little french press and kettle. Really made my morning."

"We got there late but the key was waiting for us with a map to the cabin. There was a huge snow storm that night and the power went out but it was restored by morning. The staff was really helpful and communicated very well! It made all the things that happened seemed like it was just part of the adventure. We loved it, just wish we could have stayed another night! "I’ve stayed here several times now and absolutely love the service, hotel, and- of course- the views and village! This time we stayed for our elopement and our group had 3 rooms. Everything was great! The only negative point I can make is that my sister ran to the store during our stay and, when she came back, the lot was full. The guy at the desk said it’s policy that each room only gets one vehicle pass but if it’s full she will have to park in the overflow lot that is a 10min walk away (which was also full due to events in the village) or pay $50 for the pay lot near the hotel that you can only park in until 10pm (this was at 4pm-ish). When she noted that parking was supposed to be included he said he can’t help that the lot is full (though again, it shouldn’t be if only one car per room is permitted). She paid the $50 and had to spend the next few hours watching out her window for a spot to open up since there would be nowhere else to park overnight. She was not compensated for the $50 even though parking is clearly stated as available to guests at no costs/included for free in your stay. Don’t let this discourage your overall stay though- it’s a great hotel but this specific employee. And he was the first one we’ve run in to with an attitude in our many stays! "
