This was a wonderful hotel! The lobby is clean, smells fresh, and is very inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the food was tasty. We also enjoyed a hot meal and drinks at the restaurant while watching a game on the large screen television. It is just a few minutes from Merida and has a lot of free parking. I would definitely stay here again! I recommend it highly!

We have stayed in this hotel on many occasions over the last few years. Our experience is always ‘top class’. The room we stayed in this time had the bathroom renovated and the outcome was excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Parking is plentiful and private to the hotel. We would highly recommend.

Looking for somewhere to stay as I travelled from the Santander ferry to the Algarve, I chose this hotel as it was relatively close to the motorway. I arrived just after 22:00; too late for food but my key was waiting for me. Plenty of parking. A good nights sleep, a refreshing shower and breakfast included. My journey resumed and I may return next year.

Great staff and service. The hotel is very convenient for our travelling needs. It is clean, comfortable and has a great bar and restaurant used by guests and locals alike. Excellent parking too, which is a bonus. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice including hot dishes. We will return later in the year.

We enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect — spacious parking yet still close to the historic center and main attractions of Mérida, with affordable taxi fares into town. The staff were excellent, especially Cristina at reception, who made check-in smooth and helped arrange transportation. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel could use a little more updating in some areas, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic, though the staff were friendly and attentive.
