「Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games. Comfortable and large backyard perfect for whiffle ball games. 1 king bed with pull out sofa and air mattress. A/C was sufficient. 「Absolutely loved staying at this property while our son played baseball at All-Star Village. Yes, it's a 22-25 minute drive to the fields, but honestly it really wasn't a hassle whatsoever for us. 「The house is very quaint. It’s small but fits 3-4 people nicely. The lake views are beautiful! 」

「For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available.
