“My family loves the little touches—towels on beds, snacks and bottled water, as well as the coffee/cocoa station. The house was very clean, that is much appreciated. ”

“Host was quick to respond to any issues. It was very quiet and staff was nice. Room had a few issues, tub wouldn't stop so couldn't bathe the baby. Previous guest let toiletries and medication in a draw of thw vanity. A hazard for a child. Host apologized. First time a host asked that you take any used garbage bags out and placed in an outside bin.”

“The property is in a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s a very small basement apartment. It is also very new and very clean. We enjoyed our visit. Access to public transportation into the city is a little bit difficult. In the end, we used Lyft to and from the city every day. I would recommend this property to my friends.”

“Positives: the host was quick to respond when I had questions, and explained things that I hadn't found on my own yet. The space was very neat and clean, the heating was a bit noisy but I stopped noticing after a while (like white noise) on the other hand it was very warm and toasty! The kitchen was adequate for basic cooking and the bedroom and living room very comfy!! My only issue was the triple-chirp of the carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector every minute. I immediately let the host know……
