The room was not clean, lightbulbs out, this guy was sleeping in the laundry chute room everyday, homeless guy came in the side door and piled up all kinds of food on the to go plate…smelling like something dead, toilet was so small, so low and the seat did not fit in our room, no ice machines, we’ve stayed here many times but this was so bad…won’t be returning!

My stay at MainStay was exceptional. The staff were courteous, attentive, and consistently professional throughout my visit. The room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, providing both comfort and convenience. The property maintained a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and all amenities were well-managed and easily accessible. Overall, MainStay delivered a high standard of service and hospitality. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking reliable, comfortable accommodations.

It was shown cleaner and more up to date. The dishwasher pulled out of the hole when the door was opened. The shower had old tile and looked run down. The door to the room did not swing shut automatically. They switched my room and it was a little better but the shower still looked old and mildewy around the caulk. There were lights hanging out of the ceiling in the check in space. It was noisy with the waffle house right next door.

The property was conveniently located near Bonita Lakes and my relatives house. However, it was a little tricky to get to. It could use some updating and more of a variety of breakfast options. We stayed three nights and the food was the same everyday.

An OK place to stay. You can tell the property is older. There was mildew around the shower/tub, carpet stains, and everything needs new paint, but we felt safe and it was ok for a night or two.

OK for a 1 night stay. Being a "suite" with a full kitchen its funny they only supply enough utensils for a one person meal. This is a budget hotel and you can tell where they cut the costs. That said the breakfast is good and its fine if you are just looking for a one night stay with a full kitchen.

Room was very dirty and dusty. Bathroom tub was rusted. Floor was dusty and dirty. As we only stated one night we pushed and checked out in morning.
