Cozy 40m² Gîte with Garden, Internet, Baby Gear, Pet-Friendly, Near Hiking and Historic Sites

This 40 m² cottage, on a raised ground floor with independent access, consists of a bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with a heated towel rail and hairdryer, a bright living room with a 130 cm sofa bed, a television and DVD player, and a fully equipped open kitchen.

A storage room on the garden level provides storage for bicycles (2) and laundry.
Outside, an enclosed garden shared with the owner, a garden with lounge furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue, extends the serenity of the setting.
Baby equipment is provided upon request. Pets (except cats) are welcome, but only one is permitted.
Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove and electric radiators.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. The Les Myrtilles gîte in Merle-Leignec welcomes two travelers in a bright and welcoming setting, where peace and comfort blend with the attentive welcome of the owners, offering a peaceful getaway in the heart of the Loire. From this refuge, explore the picturesque villages of Montarcher and Saint-Bonnet-le-Château, admire the Château d'Essalois and its panoramic views of the Loire Gorges, and be captivated by the festivals of La Chaise-Dieu or Saillant.
Explore the largest architectural ensemble "Le Corbusier" in Firminy or the Richard de Bas mill in Ambert, where paper is handcrafted.
Between bike rides, hikes, horseback riding, and wild harvests, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region reveals itself in all its diversity, blending heritage, nature, and typical villages, for a stay of escape and serenity.
