「We got to the property and there was no one there. We were told over the phone that there was some scheduling mixups and that they have no vacancies. We had to wait outside (with 2 young children; no air conditioning) until they suggested some other place for us to stay, 20 minutes away by car.」

「The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district.
The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on...
