"When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant was sleeping in the back office. We knocked on the office door, the front desk and yelling hello is anyone here? This went on for at least 20 minutes. He finally responded from the back office. He said he’d be with us but fell back asleep. He gave us attitude, terrible service and we had to assist him in checking us in he was using the credit card machine as a mouse to control the computer. I began to videotape our interaction. I have 15 minutes of ridiculousness recorded. After given our hotel keys, we were even more disappointed to see how terrible the room was there even was a toilet plunger because the toilet did not flush. The couch was stained. The knobs were missing from the air conditioner/heater unit. The towels were dingy we checked in at 4 AM after our plane delays and we were out by 10 AM. We spoke to the manager she was aware of the incident. She viewed it on her cameras and said she would be checking us out and refunding us the money, but we were still charged the full amount. I took pictures of the hotel room and I have video of the check-in experience. "

"Most lighting in the parking lot not working. Property under repair, and the pictures do not at represent the poor condition of the property. The desk attendant was outside when I arrived smoking with a friend. Was wearing a dirty jacket as he checked me in. Another staff memeber had his feet propped up on a table and did not move when I entered. The entire building was cold. Had to move rooms due to dirty sheets and stained sofa in room. The second room was slightly cleaner, except for the tub which had a razor cover in it, and a badly stained shower curtain. The cable box power was linked in with the main light switch, so when I cut off the light, the cable box would also go off. Breakast was advertised, but very odd and lacking. Awful place.... would never go back. Its so bad that there is a sign giving you 15 minutes to lidge complaints, and another explaining that the desk clerk cannot give refunds. THEY know its bad. "
