This spacious 71 sqm apartment with 2 bedrooms offers plenty of space for families, friends, and colleagues. It is located near the Saale Cycle Path and just a few meters from a tram stop of line 5, which takes you to Halle or Bad Dürrenberg. Free parking is available in the street in front and beside the building.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and a breakfast nook. The two bedrooms each have double beds and wardrobes. One of the two bedrooms also has a desk.

The large living room offers a lounge area with a large sofa, armchairs with footstools, and a 50-inch TV with streaming services. Plenty of information for excursions and activities is available. The dining area features a table for 4-6 people, framed by a floral wallpaper.

A place for fun and entertainment and the perfect starting point for exploring Merseburg and its surroundings.

Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber, groß mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einfachen Verbrauchsmaterialien (Spüli, Salz und Peffer, Küchenrolle, Geschirrspültaps, Toilettenpapier und einiges mehr) versehen. Im Haus wohnen viele Familien. Vom fürsorglichen Vermieter gab es viele Tipps für Ausflüge und aktuelle Führungen und Events.Das Schwimmbad ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehenswert in Merseburg war der Dom, das Schloss, das Chemi-Museum für die Erwachsenen, der Südpark mit den Tieren und der Gottardteich.Den Kindern hat die Rabenjagt durch die Altstadt sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
