Hotel is modern, clean & in very good condition as the hotel is newly built. Room, bed & bed linen was comfortable & very clean. There is an opening window with a safety lock, air con, tea/coffee/water & fridge. Bathroom comfortable size with toiletries available & a powerful hair dryer. Thank you to the staff who are all professional, friendly & attentive. Nursel our room cleaner is very helpful & our room was kept in excellent condition. There are shops across the road. I can recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel badly let down by poor service

This is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and an excellent shower It is situated a ten to twelve minutes walk from the harbour The "partial sea view rooms" do have a view of the sea of a sort....but it is a long way away over an unattractive urban landscape. This is visible from floors4 to 6. Standard rooms on lower floors are identical without the view. Service was poor. A nice breakfast was spoiled by poor and at times hilariously surly service. My room had not been cleaned by 2.30pm on both days. I met the very pleasant general manager to discuss these issues. He offered me a free evening meal, which was a fair outcome. Amusingly, although he offered me a coffee while we met, this did not arrive within 15 minutes despite increasingly frantic efforts on his part. He said he had a lot of new staff....and it showed. Time for some serious training

Buraya 5 yıldızlı otel diyenin aklından şüphe ederim. Hatta otel diyenin bile burası bildiğiniz apart. Yan odayla aranızda sadece kâğıt gibi duvarlar var sesler olduğu gibi odadan odaya geçiyor. Koridorlar bile gece inlemeler ile yankılanıyor. Tam bir fiyaskoydu. Radisson ismine bakıp da gitmeyin. Çok daha ucuza ayni kalitede otel bulabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Temiz değil

Harika bir otel

Harika bir otel. Bir otelden ne isterseniz burada var. Tek bir sıkıntı yaşadım eğer "Rahatsız Etmeyin" butonuna basmazsanız hizmetli ablalar sabah odanıza dalıyor. 5 günlük seyahatimde 2 kere yaşandı. Normalde böyle bir şey yok diye biliyorum. Konuşup çözdük halloldu ama o açıdan da iyi bir otel.
