“Staying in Gran Ciasa second time. It is absolutely exceptional hotel, I’d rate it 11/10 (a la Spinal Tap)
1) Absolutely stellar personnel from check in to waiters.
2) Hotel is stylish and looks so clean and detailed.
3) perfect after ski section: sauna/pool/massage
4) separately mention chef, our best regards to him

“The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.”

“The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium.
