Étant situé à proximité du port pour les croisières nul besoin de prendre un taxi on roule les valises en moins de 15 minutes sur le trottoir pour atteindre le terminal. 「位置優越，步行5分鐘到火車站，入口對面有間KFC , 步行6分鐘亦有大型超市，餐廳。著名景點也在10 多20 分鐘左右步行距離範圍內房間很大，有雪櫃，夾萬，浴室也很大，乾淨情度很好，用密碼鎖很好，不用拎匙。細心送了小糕點及水，很好。唯一缺點是沒有電梯。其他都很好，我會推介給他人。」

「The property description is highly inaccurate. There is no buffet breakfast, no pool bar, no beach bar, no beach restaurant, no fitness center. The pool closes every day from 1 pm to 4:30 pm. That is prime swimming time for my family. The place is old and run-down. The positives include a beach front property (30 minutes from Messina train station), beautiful sunsets, espresso and gelato bars, and an pretty seafood restaurant.」

「Il Residence dei Margi è una bella struttura soprattutto per la zona esterna con piscina molto grande e piscina piccola per i bambini. Alcune cose sono da rivedere: la chiusura della piscina è prevista alle 18:30, troppo presto per chi vuole godersi le ore meno calde della giornata. Nel nostro alloggio, già dal primo giorno erano presenti delle formiche sul top della cucina, fatto presente alla reception ma non è stato fatto nulla.
