Short stay in Rodia

Fantastic Host and apartment. Apartment has every facility you could hope for. My wife and 3 young adult boys stayed and loved the place. Full time parking spot , excellent entertainment area with a BBQ and lovely garden. Short stroll to the beach and can use the resort pool. Restaurant attached to front of complex has some of the best pizzas you could hope for. Mary was an excellent host and very accomodating with check in and check out times Would definitely return

Wonderful stay and highly recommended. Mary our host has excellent communication and her home is just beautiful. Spacious outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and a bbq at night. Mary has thought of everything to make our stay feel like home. Bathroom and shower is excellent, with a second outdoor shower with warm water. The home is beautifully decorated. I will certainly love to return. Thank you Mary!

Micheletti House Rodia

It is a great location, by the beach with restaurants, beach bar & a local shop all 2 minutes away. The house is very comfortable, clean, spacious & well equipped. The large terrace is perfect with its covered space to eat & relax. It has a handy outside shower in addition to the very nice bathroom. Mary was really welcoming & helpful, keeping in touch to check that everything was ok. We had a lovely time.There is a large pool in the complex, but it is worth noting that it wasn’t open until 1st July.

Très chouette location

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce très chouette appartement (nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes). Il est spacieux, tout confort. Mary et son mari (ils parlent un peu français) ont été très gentils et avaient bien tour préparé. La piscine (surveillée) est assez grande. il faut toutefois être rapide pour avoir un transat et l'on ne peut se baigner qu'à 3 en même temps (il faut un bonnet de la résidence pour pouvoir se baigner). Cet inconvénient à un avantage, la piscine n'est pas non plus bondée. La plage est à 50 m et est agréable. Le point négatif est l'environnement proche, un seul restaurant et pas d'animation le soir, si vous voulez sortir, il faudra prendre la voiture. En tout cas, pour se reposer, être tranquille dans un endroit très agréable, c'est une bonne adresse.

Ci siamo stati due settimane ed è stata una vacanza bellissima: dalla casa, alla spiaggia, al contesto: tutto ottimo! Molto accessibile ai servivi, bar, ristoranti, negozi, farmacia, nelle immediate vicinanze si trova poi, uno dei posti più rinomati del messinese dove poter degustare degli ottimi "Pitoni" ( specialità locale calzoni farciti)..., il complesso si trova praticamente a un passo dalla spiaggia sia attrezzata che libera. Per chi lo desidera è presente una piscina grandissima, prospiciente l'ampio patio dell'appartamento attrezzato con tende da sole, comodi lettini, tavolo sedie e barbecue; di rilievo nello spazio esterno molto grande, ( patio) si segnalano una comoda e bellissima doccia e un comodo piano lavoro dotato di lavabo doppio in muratura. Tutte le finiture sono di ottima qualità, sicuramente superiore alla media; l'appartamento all'interno é arredato con molta cura e ottimo gusto, dotato di ogni confort ( climatizzatori, lavatrice , forno tradizionale e microonde, cucina super attrezzata) . Si denota una cura dei particolari fuori dal comune, tutto è fatto con un ottimo gusto e attenzione. Posto auto in cortile. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti tanto da aver già prenotato per la prossima estate. La consigliamo a tutti vivamente.

Relax e Divertimento

Con i miei amici avevamo pensato tutt'altra meta per passare qualche giorno insieme fuori casa, poi abbiamo visto per caso l'annuncio e siamo rimasti incuriositi dalla casa, così abbiamo deciso di passare una settimana a Rodia. In effetti la casa è molto comoda, bella, pulita ed attrezzata.Il giardino, è la zona che abbiamo vissuto di più, grande con un bel tavolo in pietra, per pranzi e cene all'aperto, provvisto di barbecue ed una zona relax per poter leggere un libro in tranquillità; inoltre si affaccia su una piscina, che però, noi non abbiamo usato, perché abbiamo optato per il mare, visto che si trova a due passi dalla casa. Passeggiando sulla spiaggia si arriva ad un posto, che chiamano Montagne di Sabbia, e qui il divertimento è assicurato. Vi consiglio di aspettare in spiaggia per il tramonto e di ammirare lo spettacolo del sole che pian piano svanisce tra le isole Eolie, creando giochi di colore unici (attrezzatevi di macchina fotografica per catturare il momento). Mi ritengo soddisfatta della mia mini vacanza, ahimè già finita, e consiglio questa casa a tutti coloro che ancora devono partire per le vacanze.
