Clean room, convenient 5 mins from airport. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Parking onsite, $15 a day. Restaurant/bar inside close at 11pm. Rooftop bar. Weekends only.

Park Central South Beach
Great property, ocean view. The only downside is there are not elevatora that work so this would not be good for elderly or disabled people. All bathrooma appear to be on the second floor. Pill out sofa was comfy with a divider. Restaurant was good for breakfast.

Old and dirty Hotel. This should be a 2 star hotel. I have stayed ay La Quinta hotels before that are cleaner and in better condition. The pictures of the rooms are photo-shopped and deceiving.
