"A solid 3 star stay for our night in Miami! Definitely great option for a quick and easy stay and you’re supporting a local business instead of a chain. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean, no bed bugs and we had a fridge and toiletries as well as a hair dryer! The mattresses themselves could use some love and probably the carpets a good deep cleaning but I’ve seen wayyyyy worse so I won’t complain. We wanted somewhere with a pool and definitely was a great vibe. Not heated though so didn’t actually get to use it but still! Very happy to have it. The restaurant was nice and the staff were very helpful. "

"Stayed only one night before a cruise. It was okay. The complementary breakfast looked sad. It was just muffins, yogurt, boiled egg, coffee, and tea. But overall, it's an okay stay for one night. Near lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance if needed. "

"Rooms are outdated and dirty. I put on a pair of socks and walked around for less than 5 minutes and the bottoms of my socks were black. The property itself was beautiful and the staff is great. The rooms are dark, dingy, and outdated. For the price, there are a lot more options with balconies with a view. Overpriced for what you get. "

"The most lovely Haitian woman was super helpful and the nice beautiful Indian man at the front desk helped make our stay - I’d give 6 starts but the max is 5"

"1st they had us in a room with double beds which we requested a King size bedroom, we had to wait till the following day to switch. The original room was not as clean, these guys do not do a precise job. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. The workout room was a tiny small little room and did not have much. The pool and hot tub were small as well, the pool had leaves in it and was not properly maintained. We also had to pay $20 a night for parking! We also had some shoes and shorts stolen from our room from house keeping. We forgot the items when we switched rooms and we reported them the following day but they did not respond back with anything found. Overall we are very disappointed with this hotel and we would advise to choose elsewhere. 2/5 stars here."
