“Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response
The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised.
The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep.
Cleanliness was unacceptable: beds and……

“the hotel was great except for one thing (trivial) there were no bedside charging ports.. the setup was there for it, but the actual plugs were not. there was even an alarm clock with usb charging slots that had 0 power and so did not work as well.
i say this is trivial because there were a lot of wall plugs by the chair and on the desk had a multi charging station with both plugs and usb ports. its just that i prefer the ability to have my phone by the bedside.
