- Summer Rental - 1-4 Months
(June- September) Flexible with dates.
Fully furnished 2/2 apartment with big balcony available for a 1-4 month summer stay while Im away. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, and move-in ready. One bedroom is my office and might be used for storage, so the unit is best suited for or a couple.
All utilities are included: electricity, internet, Wi-Fi, and cable. The apartment also comes with assigned covered parking for your convenience.
Everything is walking distance, beach just 3 miles over the bridge. Looking for a responsible tenant who will treat the space with care.
No pets. Only serious inquiries please!
