I noticed immediately a couple spots you could tell where the ceiling had leaked and simply patched up (particularly in master bedroom). The last night there we experienced rain and of course the ceiling quickly retaining water and began leaking into the bedroom. Mold in the ceiling was also visible so I ended up sleeping on the couch. Also as a reminder to anyone booking there is no microwave and minimal items in kitchen

Hotel from hell

Property management is non existent. I was put waiting for almost 3 hours when I arrived because they gave me the code to a room that was already occupied and nobody was responding. It took close to 3 hours to then have them give me another room which was in a worse condition then the one I originally should have and then the battery of the pad died to enter the room and I was stuck for hours trying to enter my own room with all my stuff inside (me and my mum), we emailed, messaged the hotel directly, contacted agents, emailed the company directly and it took them 2.5 days to respond, luckily I found someone on site 5 hours later to replace the battery otherwise we would have been stuck outside for 2 and a half days. Hotel from hell I call this. It hasn’t happened to only me, I met another 3 people that had a similar experience to me that were trying to help. I came from the UK and had a horror story with this hotel

Not a great stay

My room didn’t really look like the photos the - photos make it look quite luxurious and it definitely isn’t. It smelt of damp and there was mould in the bathroom. There were loads of mosquitos in there when I arrived and it all needed a good clean - including all the walls. The pool was dirty too. I messaged twice on the app but got no response which isn’t good enough. The towels had marks on and again smelt damp. I could hear a generator from outside most of the time and also the building work behind the complex was noisy. I wouldn’t recommend. Two positives - the location is good and there’s a washer/dryer.

The property was quiet and very close to a grocery store. Restaurants, walgreens we’re only a couple of blocks away. The beach was easy walking distance. There was no hanging space in the bedroom would be my only complaint about the unit. The elevator at the property wasn’t working while we were there which meant my husband couldn’t make it upto the pool.

The property was really well placed, really close to the beach, and public transport was easy within an easy walking distance. The pool was clean and warm, not busy either. The oven was in Spanish but we just about managed, however there was only one oven tray. Also the Dishwasher leaked both times we used it. We would have liked some instructions on how to use the washer and dryer too. I would stay with Roami again as it was so easy and convenient but the property was a bit rough around the edges.

Appartement bien situé dans South Beach à quelques minutes de la plage et de Ocean Drive. Indications pour accéder à l'appartement claires et données à l'avance par contre l'ouverture automatique ne fonctionnait pas.... heureusement quelqu'un était sur place pour nous ouvrir.... appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire pour manger et cuisiner. Bonne literie.... canapé lit grand mais pas fait....pas de draps avons dû nous débrouiller avec ce qu'il y avait dans le lit de la chambre.....SDB très mal ventilée du coup odeur de moisi et renfermé.....piscine petite et pas très propre.....bien pour un court séjour

Great location—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The building is quiet, the amenities are solid, and the 4th-floor pool is a nice bonus (even though we didn’t end up using it). The one downside was the cleanliness, which could definitely use some attention.

Location was amazing! Property was very secure and the roof top pool was amazing only complaint is the ceiling AC leaked pretty bad we had to constantly keep towels on the floor to wipe it up and I reached out to maintenance twice on 2 separate days and no one came out although it was a holiday weekend so I don’t know if just no one was available? Overall great space highly recommend!
