Great location—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The building is quiet, the amenities are solid, and the 4th-floor pool is a nice bonus (even though we didn’t end up using it). The one downside was the cleanliness, which could definitely use some attention.

Very cute apartments with a pool on the rooftop! Very clean, and staff and communication are spot on. It's only a block away from the beach, perfect for watching an early morning sunrise!

The property was a great property. I gave it a three because they really need to get that elevator fixed and it was mold in our bathroom, but as far as them fixing things, the staff is really great, especially if you stay during the weekday I always very helpful. I’ll definitely will go stay there again, but hopefully this time the elevator is working.

Location was amazing! Property was very secure and the roof top pool was amazing only complaint is the ceiling AC leaked pretty bad we had to constantly keep towels on the floor to wipe it up and I reached out to maintenance twice on 2 separate days and no one came out although it was a holiday weekend so I don’t know if just no one was available? Overall great space highly recommend!

Not a great stay

My room didn’t really look like the photos the - photos make it look quite luxurious and it definitely isn’t. It smelt of damp and there was mould in the bathroom. There were loads of mosquitos in there when I arrived and it all needed a good clean - including all the walls. The pool was dirty too. I messaged twice on the app but got no response which isn’t good enough. The towels had marks on and again smelt damp. I could hear a generator from outside most of the time and also the building work behind the complex was noisy. I wouldn’t recommend. Two positives - the location is good and there’s a washer/dryer.

The property is set in a great location. Everything fun is nearby walking distance. The unit had a washer/dryer, kitchen, everything I needed for my long term stay. The staff was great, helpful and attentive. I look forward to coming back and staying there.

Another great stay at 250 collins. everyone so helpful and friendly, especially Alix. Great location, can walk everywhere, roof top pool is great, kitchen stocked and washer and dryer in every unit such a nice feature

This place was perfect for my needs. It was a two block walk to the beach and had a kitchen. For a mellow time away from noise and crowds, this is the place, yet it was still within walking distance to some nice restaurants. Parking in South Beach is difficult in general but this place was close enough to the overnight parking lots. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring break 2025

This was the perfect location. The elevator was broken which made for several trips up 3 floors difficult. Not to mention parking is not ideal. I literally paid about $75 a day. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

I like everything of the property. Communication was superb, the area was quite and safe to walk at all times. If I have to change anything, it would be the mattress and pillows, as it was uncomfortable.

Our stay was phenomenal, the bedroom door was out of level and I had to fix it up a bit. My suggestion is that they should put umbrellas up in the pool and be able to offer a park or at least to the tenant. Thank you.
