  • Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

    Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

    Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

    Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Very nice location, the view was excellent however there were not nearly enough towels and washcloths for amount of people that the place is supposed to accommodate. We also were freezing in the place even after turning off the air. We had to buy paper plates and cups as well as there were only a couple plates, cups and limited silverware. Good stay overall

Beach was great! Carpets could use a cleaning. Dining room chairs are a little run down and screws loose. No batteries in the remotes. Not many things to do in the area. The restaurant was skeptical. Never had anyone in there.

Great location and spacious apartment

We loved the location. Heck in was quick and easy and the apartment was big and nicely accommodating. Great view of the water and downtown from the balcony!

Perfect Location

Amazing stay, the room was clean and very spacious and the location was perfect! Close to Ocean Drive and Brickell. Having direct beach access and beach chairs everyday was the best part! Would highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect for being on the northern end of south beach. You are out of all of the commotion, and have direct access to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. It’s easy to walk down to south-south beach as well, or take a taxi. The full balcony is great however, the apartment itself is a little dingy and needs a little TLC. Updated pictures of what it looks like in current time would be nice.

Pleasantly surprised

Sea coast was very affordable spacious for 6 people. We had a stunning view from our balcony of the ocean and beautiful. The lobby was also gorgeous The place was kept nice and clean and we had an extra bedroom which went over well with my daughter. I booked this stay for the day before our cruise but would book again for a nice family vacation. Great stay !

Stunning views and very spacious apartment

The property was everything I was hoping for. The views were amazing and is only steps from the beach. Listed photos were accurate and check in was very efficient. I would like to see elevators upgraded as they were very slow and a little temperamental. We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful room!

The room itself was very beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. However, the lobby and pool are very outdated as well as the security and some of the staff were pretty rude. The property has a very nice beach access and a perfect location. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again because of how nice the room itself and the view were.
