This gorgeous modern property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom#2 has a queen size bed, bedroom#3 has 2 queen sized beds and #4 has 3 twin beds. With the sofa bed it can accommodate a maximum of 11 people. In the backyard there's an exclusive patio with a propane bbq and seating arrangements to enjoy time with family and friends. This fully furnished home includes white linens and white towels, we like to keep it as clean as possible.

Located in the heart of Miami's Art District...home to over 70 Art Galleries, luxury boutiques, antique shops, eclectic bars and one of the largest open-air street-art installations in the world, this property is perfect for anyone wishing to experience the culture of Miami! With the introduction of the Second Saturday Art Walk in the District and the arrival of the annual Art Basel expedition, this area has seen exponential growth in a relatively short period of time. Increased attention from locals marks this spot as the go-to place for an alternative and cultural experience within the City of Miami. You are only 10 minutes away from other trendy areas such as Downtown, Brickell, Upper Buena Vista and Wynwood. Iconic South Beach is less than 25 minutes away!

The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.

Guests can contact me if they have any questions about the property, the area, or Miami in general! I have lived in this city for the past 15 years and consider myself an expert on all things Miami!

The neighborhood is great because it's in a quiet residential area but there are restaurants and bars close by. South Beach is approximately 20-25 minutes away and Brickell just 10-15 minutes.

The airport is 15 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included.

Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.

Family Trip

This was my first family trip to Miami. We celebrated my son's wedding day! This VRBO clean and accomdating for my large family! My host was VERY prompt and courteous to meet all of our needs! Very prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. I would definitely stay again!
