This classic beauty of a property was recently renovated and fully furnished for your every need. The backyard has a private jacuzzi and is fenced by plants while the outside of the house has a vast amount of space, allowing for you to enjoy the amazing weather perhaps by cooking on our state of the art bbq! This property is centrally located just 20 minutes from South Beach and 10-15 from Downtown. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at an unbeatable price, this unit will exceed your expectations!
Cool off at the Venetian Pool only a mere 1.64 miles away! With a small fee you can enjoy the natural waters of this historic pool or visit the exclusive Village of Merrick Park Mall, only 2.5 miles away. We are only 10 miles away from South Beach and if you love to shop, we are 11.4 miles away from the gigantic Dolphin Mall. Indulge in iconic mojitos and cuban cuisine just a few blocks away at the famous Versalles Cuban Cafe. If you decide to stay in, the privacy of the Jacuzzi located in the back of the house is just as dreamy! There are several supermarkets in the area. The entertainment/culinary options in Miami are vast and we provide a central location that will ensure you get a taste of everything.
The property has a keyless combination lock of which the access code is provided once you have finalized your reservation.

Little Havana is the colorful center of Hispanic culture in Miami. The area’s riddled with Latin-inspired cafes, restaurants, venues and markets that give space and a voice to all the different backgrounds that have taken root in the neighborhood. Here you’ll find locals grabbing an afternoon cortado or a fresh fruit batido, talking politics over a game of dominoes, or eating solid authentic dishes from all over Latin America to a backdrop of ever-present Cuban beats.
On the last Friday of each month, Little Havana hosts Viernes Culturales, or Cultural Fridays, a monthly gallery night showcasing the cultural arts scene of the neighborhood. Little Havana offers a taste of multicultural Miami at its best.
The airport is 10 minutes away. My recommendation is rent a car or Uber/Lyft, free parking is included. There are also buses ( five minutes away walking) , some are free some are just 3 dollars the ride and they will take you around Miami. However the bus is not very fast so you are free to decide which one is your best transportation method.
Be respectful to neighbors, no loud music (particularly after 10 pm), any damage to the property must be reported immediately, no illicit activities, no smoking indoors. If any rules are broken the security deposit will not be returned.
