🔎 Bring a valid photo ID for pickup. If under a different name, ID is still required.

Unit owners are exempt unless the package is addressed to a guest.

Guest Registration: The full names of all guests staying in the unit must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival for registration with the building. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.



Beach service: includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (weather permitting). The service can only be used once per day.



Private Residence: This is a private residence, not a hotel-managed unit. Please direct all inquiries to us, not the front desk.



Age Requirement: At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older.



Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.



Wi-Fi: Please note that the building's Wi-Fi is a shared service, and speed may vary.



Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
