Not what the pictures show

We are an older couple, so the furniture is very important to us. All of the living furniture had been changed and was very uncomfortable for older folks. Very close to the floor. Also, communication was not timely. There was a second step of paperwork that I didn’t know about and when Maritza sent it , it had already been filled out by other renters and I had to do it a second time. Also, the equipment in the apartment to clean were broken and not able to clean. When we took possession of the apartment it was dirty and there were 2 rusty folding chairs on the balcony. It was a terrible first impression. Lastly, we had a cold snap and the furnace would not go on. I called Miritza and never received a call back. We ended up leaving two weeks early. I take exception with VRBO, They charge a large fee and they do nothing to ensure their rentals are up to date.

Excellent Location

Excellent location in the exciting neighborhood of Brickell. Could walk to almost anywhere and Metromover was less than a block away. The cleanest place I ever stayed in and very friendly concierge/valet service.

The unit is very spacious and comfortable!

The person in charge was very helpful and attentive. The area is great you have a mall walking distance and the restaurant downstairs “Friends” is open every day and has a mini market.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé, mais !!

L'appartement est bien situé et spacieux, localisé dans Brickell, juste à coté du nouveau Centre Commercial. Par contre, nous avons du gérer quasiment seuls plusieurs problèmes : Le parking de la voiture, l'administration de l'immeuble nous indiquait que c'était à nous d'enregistrer en ligne notre demande de parking. - Pas de climatisation pendant 4 jours, - Très peu de vaisselle, 3 assiettes, pas de verres à vin, pas assez de couverts, pas de tapis de bain, réglés plus tard par le gestionnaire, rencontré 3 jours après notre arrivée. - Pas d'eau dans les douches, juste un filet d'eau glacée (Signalé mais pas réglé, on nous a proposé de venir la veille de notre départ) !! - Internet coupe en permanence et là aussi débit très insuffisant. - Plus de 20 minutes pour récupérer sa voiture en bas de l'immeuble, même en ayant commandé la livraison auparavant. Concierges et Valet-Parking très gentils, pas toujours très efficaces (Valet Parking). C'est dommage, compte tenu de la situation de l'appartement et de l'espace du living et des chambres très convenable. Dans les points positifs un restaurant épicerie avec des produits bio en bas de l'immeuble, sympa et pratique, la proximité du métro pratique quand on connait les tarifs élevés des parkings dans le centre ville et la chaleur humide en cette saison. Un petit marché local le samedi matin et la proximité à pied de restaurants et commerces.

Much better than expected!

I chose this property purely on location. The apartment has an excellent layout. The kitchen / living room is open...plenty of light. The 2nd bed/bath is off to side so there is extra privacy. Also,it Is an end unit. The gym is excellent with a wonderful view of the city and never too busy. A parking spot is provided,for the renters car only. IT is a valet service.( Uber makes more sense ) I always felt safe. Building staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would have extended my long stay...but the unit was not available.
