There were no reviews when I booked the unit, so I took a leap of faith when booking it. The unit ended up being okay and I’m mixed on whether I would stay there again. The pros: amazing location, bright and clean, spacious, extremely quiet at night, and AC worked well. The cons: it did not feel like the owner actually spent any time there to make sure it’s suitable for guests, or cared about my stay. For example, the sliding door to the second bedroom was completely broken and could not close. The three clocks in the kitchen displayed all different and incorrect times. There were no beach towels despite being a beachfront rental. For bathroom amenities, there was one tiny bar of body soap, a random small travel tube of conditioner, and no shampoo or hand soap. Only one toilet paper roll without a toilet paper roll stand/holder in either bathroom. We also never received check out instructions, and only received check in instructions after I asked on the day of the rental. At the time of booking, I had asked about early check in because my friend and I flew in from across the country, and the owner said it depends on whether someone is staying there before us. I never heard back about it until I reached out again the day before our stay. All in all the unit was okay and fairly priced, but the overall experience left a bit to be desired.
