Clean property, nice room, very convenient location. However they only provided 4 towels for 2 people that must last greater than 48hours. You’re clearly going to the beach and water if vacationing in Miami so you will be showering etc more than regular. When my family simply asked housekeeping for a few more towels, the staff turned it into this huge debacle and told us we weren’t following the rules. I’m all for “saving the environment” but at the same time - I’m visiting Miami for the beach and water sports and a few more towels to properly bathe and clean shouldn’t be such a huge issue.

This is an unmanned hotel, so check in is done with a code they provide you. When we got to our room the first night, the AC unit did not work. No one on site to help out so we sweat through the night. We also never found a way to disable the energy saver feature on the overhead lights. They kept turning off after a couple minutes, so we just didn't use them. Notice the beach picture prominently displayed in their ad? This hotel is not on the beach. It's only a block away, but the picture is extremely misleading. The room was good, clean and functional, overlooking the busy street. The location is great, you can walk a short distance in either direction to amazing restaurants and shops as well. Had to ask for extra towels, did not have room service at all during out 3 night stay. Zero English spoken by cleaning staff I tracked down for more towels. It served it's purpose for us, but that's about it. Wouldn't stay there again.

Our original assigned room was not ready. We checked in after 3pm. The beds were not made, garbage not taken out. Upon calling the phone # provided, we were reassigned to another room.

Make sure to ask for the hotel to email you the survey before your arrival, so they can get your information then send you the pin code for the door. Clean room. About the stay itself: They provide beach chairs and towels, but I didn't have enough time to take advantage of them. Room was clean. Nice amenities. Great location--ocean drive, espanola way, and collins ave were all walkable. It is a little hard to block out noise from people in the hallway. I would stay here again if by myself. If i were to bring children or a partner, I may stay elsewhere just for the convenience of having a front desk and a more "hotel" feel. But it was great for my one-night stay for a conference

The room was very clean and spacious. A couple downsides was that the bathroom door didn’t fully close/lock, the noise from the cars outside was very noticeable and had a hard time staying asleep due to this.Other than that I will be coming back and recommend Casa Sobe.

We had a wonderful stay at Sobe in Miami. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower was clean and modern. We also appreciated the in-room amenities like the coffee machine, safe, beach towels, and the fact that each room comes with beach chairs—super convenient since the beach is right across the street. Housekeeping came every other day, which was great and kept everything fresh during our stay. The location is excellent, very close to the water and right on Collins Avenue. Just keep in mind that this is a busy street—especially during spring break—so it can get quite noisy at night. We stayed in rooms facing the back of the building, which were quieter, but rooms facing the front may experience more noise from late-night activity. There is only one elevator, and at times it was a bit slow, but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay with our family and would definitely recommend it, especially for its cleanliness, location, and comfort.
