The view was stunning, the pool was wonderful, and beach access was super easy! Beautiful sunrise and could even catch the sunset off the deck. Everything about this stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with the standard of accommodation at apartment in The Alexander Hotel. The photographs on Vrbo &listings are an inaccurate representation of the state of the property, we feel that we over paid for a very poor apartment. General issues:- difference in the soft furnishings in the apartment compared to the pictures online (tables, rugs and ornaments are missing)- dining table only has 3 chairs (despite 6 being pictured - not suitable for our family of 4)- there is no toaster, as advertised- there is no hairdryer, as advertised Faulty items include:- sun lounger on the balcony has a broken leg- bed in the twin room next to the window slopes to the middle of the room making it uncomfortable to sleep in- Toilet in the twin room makes a loud noise every 5 mins (not ideal with two young children in next room)- extending part of the dining table is broken There are also issues with the condition of the property:Kitchen:Cleanliness is awful, not been cleaned thoroughly in years, mould in cupboards The main bathroom:- Paint peeling off the ceiling- Fan has sellotape over it making it redundant- Shower is rusting and stained- tiles in need of replacement Twin bathroom- Shower doors are broken and a makeshift shower curtain is in it- tiles are in need of replacement There was no response to my emails and only acknowledged after chasing & advising of cockroaches in the kitchen. Still awaiting further response but no management on site.
