Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible experience! Do not stay here!!!! Stay away from Stay Sol in general they are horrible, no Costumer service. From the beginning they were sketchy, no Access to the unit until 5:30pm when the check-in was supposed to be at 4pm! NO HOT WATER ALL STAY FOR 7 NIGHTS AND NEVER CARE TO FIX IT, no Internet, shower broken splash everywhere, Master Roomtv did not work! And if that's not enough to keep you away from it; the whole place was stinky and gross also the fridge did not work for 3 days and the fridge have no shelves on the door so very limited space to put groceries. Ice maker did not work, uneven floors etc etc etc And again I reached out to the host multiple times a day from day one and they did nothing!PS: sticky floor, kitchen appliances
