Tuvimos una buena estancia en general, es un lugar muy bien ubicado y hay tranquilidad. Eso sí… si se hospeda en este lugar debe llevar de todo, porque no encontramos ni siquiera un jabón pequeño de cuerpo.

The cleaning is very bad. The place is very deteriorated. There are no conditions for a vacation stay. They do not offer any supplies you have to bring your own soap, paper towel, beach/pool towel, trash bag. Pictures on the website are very misleading. I do not recommend.

Simple. Clean. Convenient. Quiet m We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was enthusiastic with my sons and their Messi questions and treated us very kindly. We loved the neighborhood and the private beach. It was a little hard to find the reception area, but other guests helped us.

We were overwhelming and surprisingly pleased with our stay in Key Biscayne! This property is an affordable gem hidden amongst luxury and ritz. For an affordable option in this area, it can't be beat! We enjoyed the quaint pool area, the friendly atmosphere and the nearby restaurants. Other highlights were the complimentary parking, just a short walk down the street, and taking a day to take advantage the hotels bike rentals to explore the parks on either end of Key Biscayne is a must!!

We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.Upon arrival, I called the property manager, Alexandria, but she declined my call and texted that she could only communicate by text. I let her know we had arrived and asked about early check-in and directions to the office, as there were no visible signs. She never responded. My husband eventually found a woman who spoke very little English but helped as much as she could and gave us a key. Our room was already unlocked, with another key on the table. The check-in instructions did not provide a room number or clear directions—only that check-in was at 4 p.m. and beach keys had to be picked up at the office. Later, a man at the office gave us the private beach key but was not welcoming and repeatedly warned us not to lose it. The balcony door in our room did not lock, which was concerning, and the rooms are very outdated.We also met a resident who questioned how we got in and said many guests book but never stay because they cannot find Alexandria. That says a lot about the check-in process.The beds were okay for one night, and the pool area looked nice, but overall we felt undervalued and unwelcome. We would not stay at this location again. Please note in room: 4 towels no wash rags. No paper towels.

It was a wonderful property for the price. The only issue we had was the water got hot everywhere but the shower. Please fix your hot water in the showers and I would have no complaints. The private beach entrance was a really nice bonus and the pool at the property was nice as well. Loved the room layout and balcony! AC works great! Staff is very friendly and it’s super quiet. If u want to party and be loud don’t come here. We will come back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Apparently thought I had booked a "loft" but was placed adjacent to reception for some reason. This is obviously an apartment building repurposed as a "hotel", so it's like staying in a one bedroom apartment, with too much empty space with flimsy blinds that let in far too much street light at night. Walk to beach is convoluted, and the beach is so-so.
