讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Great little place to stay. My husband and I stayed for ten nights looking for a home-like space with kitchen, washing machine, and parking so we could rent a vehicle and tour around Miami area. This was a great little place to stay!
Pros
- Property is quiet and super close to the I-95
- Intuitive door lock
- Functional kitchen and washing machines made a lengthy stay easier on the wallet
- Easy to drive to and from many significant locations (about half hour to Everglades and South Beach in opposite directions)
- Strong air conditioning
- Strong wifi
- Cozy and clean for some days in
- Nicely furnished kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and some spices left over from other guests
Cons (very few)
- A neighbour has an insistent and timely rooster (lol) not the property's fault but we sure heard that bird all morning
- Water heat takes a while to start up, the shower has hot and cold reversed and took some figuring out
- Would have liked more blankets
- Would be great to include a little vacuum cleaner of some sort (we had some trouble managing our own hair shed and sand tracked in from the beach with the provided broom and pan)
All in all, highly recommend this place. Our party flexed up to 5 people at some point when local friends came for a sleepover and it comfortably housed all of us. Thank you for having us!
