Gorgeous 2 bedroom , 2 bath with living and dining on Miami Beach at the Alexander.Full service kitchen ,3 beds sleeping upto 6 adults.
Ocean and city views from the balcony.The condo has recently been remodeled with beautiful European floors and luxurious bathrooms.Entire condo is furnished exquisitely .The building is directly on the beach ,with direct beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for a charge.Apt has free WiFi and cable .The parking is only VALET and a separate charge.$35 per day for week days,$40 per day for Weekends and $175 weekly rate.Apartment DOES NOT have a washer and dryer INSIDE the apt but one per floor at the service elevator area. It runs on value add card. The upper deck pool is ready. The guests now have the use of two pools. The upper deck and lower pool. The access is through the mezzanine level.GYM is available to guests. The renovations are complete.
A pack and play is available for a charge of $45 but is subject to availability.

We had a very nice stay at Gunjan's property. The accommodation was great and very close to the beach. The host, Gunjan, was very communicative to all of our questions with quick responses. Since we are beach people we stayed at the beach everyday and did not use the 2 pools. The views from the balcony are wonderful. Comfortable beds and Nice showers. There are towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and shampoo in every bathroom. The kitchen had dish soap, sponge and paper towels. You will need to bring tissues. As a bonus there were 4 water bottles in the room for us which we really appreciated. Bring your water canisters for the beach. There is a water fountain at the pool area to fill them up. The AC works properly and keeps the property nice and cool. We did like that the Hotel had a marketplace to purchase food and beverage items which was very convenient. They also have a pool bar to order drinks and food as well. They even have servers that come to the beach for you to order food and drinks. It's Miami so remember everything is expensive. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach and they accept credit cards. Cash is not needed anywhere at the hotel or at the beach. Apple Pay works. The keys to the room are wrist bands that you can take into the water without any issues. You can obtain beach and pool towels from the towel attendant at the pool for free with your room number but remember to return them everyday. Thank you Gunjan for the wonderful stay!

Good value for nice condo with beach access. Description and pictures match the actual experience. The owner's communication and intro email allowed us to plan accordingly. Good location for exploring and hiking the beach walking trail. Family enjoyed our time in Miami Beach!

Family fun

This condo was perfect for my family needs. The amenities on the property were amazing and we really enjoyed our time. Gunjan was very prompt with responses even late at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean apartment

The owner was responsive and the apartment was spotless. Very nice views of the beach as well as downtown Miami. The property was well stocked. The downsides were the location-there is not a lot in mid beach and SoBe is not within walking distance. Also the hotel rules were quite draconian and at times people felt harassed by security. If I return to Mid beach would consider staying here again, especially if the hotel loosens up a bit.

Great spot for a girls weekend!

This is a great rental! The overall property is just as nice as pictured - with the pool and bar area right on the beach. The beach was gorgeous and not overly crowded. The unit was also great! We ate dinners out so didn’t really use all the cooking supplies, but seemed well stocked. The beds were comfy and decor stylish! We absolutely loved the balcony views with the canal on one side and beach on the other.

The property was perfect for us! Very clean. Easy Walk to beach. Pools/Hot tubs/bar service excellent! Nice views and perfect for relaxing. Host was very good communication and detailed with instructions. Would stay again.

Miami Beach blast

My husband and I stayed at this very nice beachfront VRBO. We had a wonderful time. The two pools were great. They were warm which I loved and allowed us to swim in the evening comfortably. The walking path along the beach was perfect for daily exercise. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the utensils one would need to cook. There was some construction going on for a couple of days and our host was very quick to get back to us and resolve the issue. We corresponded a few times and each time she was very responsive and nice. There is a shop on the ground floor that has all kinds of things one might need or just desire (like ice cream). All in all it was a spectacular trip.

Amazing Stay and View!!!

This place is beautiful. What you don't see is an amazing view of both the ocean and the canal. I thought I was giving that up for the location and space I wanted but it's a really cool view. Note that a many of the units were apparently bought by a slumlord and they look horrendous and reviews reflect that. This is not that. The owner handles everything directly and is very laid back. After realizing my husband booked our flights first thing in the morning, I reached out before boarding about a possible early check in, not expecting that it would work out. By the time I landed he had checked to make sure it was clean, contacted the front desk to let them know we'd be early, and sent me the go ahead. The unit is decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable. We stayed about a week so did the valet parking and it was super convenient and quick. The beach access is literally right there. Security is pretty ridiculous at the pool as far as drinks go. I avoided this by using a backpack:). After pouring over areas and condos for hours, I'm so glad I picked this place. Thanks to the owner for being so pleasant and helpful to work with!

Wonderful place right in the heart of Collins Ave.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo in a fabulous building! The apartment is beautiful with a terrific view. The beds are amazingly comfortable and everything you need for a great stay is provided! The location is perfect & the pools and beach are superb! Our host was fabulous & great to work with! Totally recommend for a trip to Miami Beach!

Condo with a view

We had a great time on Miami Beach! Glad we decided to stay in the mid-beach area, it was less busy and quieter than south beach. If you do want to visit South beach for the day or night, it is a short Uber ride away. The ocean and canal views as well as the Miami skyline were beautiful from this condo. The beach, which is steps out of the pool area was awesome and not too crowded. We walked on the Miami Beach path to get to many places. It felt safe, well utilized and lit at night. Overall great vacation get away!

Beautiful unit with amazing host

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at this beach-front building with updated amenities. Some of the neighboring buildings are quite dated, but the Alexander has all that you need for a fabulous stay. Add to that Gunjan's attentiveness as a hostess, and it made for the perfect family vacay! The unit is just as pictured with beautiful finishes and great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Responsive host nice property

Lovely place responsive host. Went above and beyond to fix any issues. I recommend bringing a pool towel since the hotel had issues one night, host offered to buy towels next day. Also depending on time of year may want extra clothes or blankets. Our first night was a bit chilly and heat is not an option. Water went out once because hotel was doing repairs, host offered to buy water. You cannot bring food or drinks to pool area here, very strict security on this. Clean, kitchen had needed items. Overall a very nice place.

Property has Seen Better Days

The beach and sunrise/sunset views are beautiful. The actual condo has very soft beds. Condo maintenance needed, such as, kitchen cabinets don’t all close, walls scrapped up and air vents are covered in dirt. The air conditioning works well. I suggest you bring washcloths and a beach towel. The pools were inconsistently heated, kids were allowed in the adult pool and pool towel pickup was never opened - they would say maybe by noon or they had no clean towels. Staffing issues appeared to be a problem. The valet however was excellent. Broken furniture is stacked in a pile in pool area.
